Production Time
Most pieces are handcrafted and ready within 2-4 business days once your design proof is approved. Because everything is made to order, we ask that you build this into your timeline for gifts, events, or deadlines.
We don't currently offer expedited/rush production, we appreciate your patience as each piece gets the same careful attention.
Design Proofs & Approval
When you place your order, you'll see a live preview of your design through our online proofing tool; what you see is what we aim to produce. Production begins only once you've submitted and approved your final design.
If we're ever unable to match your design closely, we'll reach out before moving forward with production.
Because you approve the final design yourself, please double-check spelling and details carefully. If you catch an error before we've started production, let us know right away; we're happy to fix it. If production has already begun, reach out and we'll work together on the best solution.
Payment & Order Changes
Full payment is required at checkout to begin your order. Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically based on your location.
You can cancel or modify your order anytime before production begins. Once production starts, changes may no longer be possible, see our Proofs & Approval policy for when that cutoff happens.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only. Once your order is complete, it will be shipped via a standard carrier and you'll receive tracking information.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, reach out to us right away, we'll take care of a replacement or refund.
Returns & Warranty
Because each piece is custom-made just for you, all sales are final, we don't accept returns or exchanges for personalization, buyer's remorse, or style preference.
That said, every piece is quality-checked before it ships. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Product Expectations
Every material we work with is a little different, and that's part of what makes each piece one of a kind:
Wood - natural grain, knots, and color variation mean no two pieces are identical. Avoid prolonged water exposure and direct sunlight, which can cause fading or warping over time.
Stone - veining and color will vary piece to piece. Clean with a soft, damp cloth; avoid harsh chemical cleaners.
Glass - handle with care, as glass can chip or crack if dropped. Hand wash with mild soap; avoid sudden temperature changes (e.g., hot water on a cold piece).
Leather/leatherette - natural leather has its own grain and texture that varies by hide. Keep away from prolonged moisture and direct sunlight to prevent fading or cracking.
Because screens display color differently across devices, the finished piece may look slightly different in person than it appears online.
Rights & Legal
By submitting a logo, photo, text, or design for engraving, you confirm that you own the rights to use it or have permission to do so. We are not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-submitted content.
We do not photograph or share images of your finished piece for marketing or portfolio use without your separate permission.
Any photos or personal information you submit for your order are used solely to complete that order and are not shared with third parties beyond what's needed for production and shipping.
