Hi, I'm Matthew, the person behind every piece.
Prizmatik Studio is just me: a maker in Orange County, California, engraving with lasers on a spectrum of materials. What began as a hobby is now my business, and every order passes through my hands.

I recently found out I'm AuDHD, which means I have both autism and ADHD. I'm still learning what that means for me, and it's part of who I am.
I'm shy, and I'm creatively wired in a way that isn't standard. I value genuine connection over small talk, so I'd rather hear about your actual project than trade pleasantries.
I keep the process clear and in writing. You order on the website, create your proof in the proof tool, and I review it. Nothing is engraved until I've accepted your proof.
A bit more Away from the laser
I've always taken things apart to see how they work. These days what I love most about making a piece is how lasers interact with different materials, the different ways to finish a piece, and developing new processes of my own.
Away from the shop, I like thinking about everything from nature to quantum mechanics. I'm also a movie person: sci-fi, comedy, horror and fantasy.
Whatever you bring me, your project matters. A single coaster gets the same care as a big order.

The fine print, kept short
Turnaround
Production takes 1–5 business days once I've accepted your proof.
Shipping
Orders ship within the US. Shipping is free at $100 or more and a flat $7 below that.
Payment
Paid in full when you order. You can change or cancel any time before production begins.
Returns
Every piece is custom, so there are no returns. If something isn't right, tell me within 14 days of delivery and I'll work with you on a repair or replacement.
Defects
Manufacturing defects are covered when reported within 7 days of delivery.
Artwork
You're responsible for having the right to use any design you send for engraving.
